now i dotn want an arguement but i want to see what the public think about this so
im asking them should admins be able to make other people admins and mods

I dont think its a good idea that admins make other ppl admins ...
cuz its the owner's job, and only the owner of the server can make admins and mods.
besides,, the owner got to check the person before making him mod or admin.

yeah i didnt want the idea either i just wanted to see what other staff thought
